What happens to food is not sold by grocery stores?
Is it thrown? Or it is used wisely and given food banks?
If they can not sell them scored in the shop, it must be dumped. They are open to action court if the gift to do so. There are suggestions the Government to amend the guidelines to enable them to pass on withouut fear of legal consequences.
