Do you tip your OCADO (online grocery ordering / delivery) Delivery Man?
And if so, how? They are usually so polite, friendly and helpful – a pleasant surprise to do business with! – You then ask if tipping is appropriate? Do not switch someone else? Or would it be strange to do?
We all get our groceries delivered by OCADO every Friday night. We do this because they are high quality, and because our son works for the company as a computer or something else so we take advantage of discounts. BUT they are not authorized to accept the advice that I think it's a shame, because they are always polite, we live in the world to end the end of a long road, and they do not earn much.
